Each applicant to the alliance will have to pass the following test, administered via private message, with a score of 75% before being allowed to become a citizen:

2. What are the optimal bonus resources for a new nation?
3. What order should you use ground attacks, aircraft, cruise missiles, spy operations, nukes, and naval attacks in?
4. How does a quad attack work?
Returning members and nations above 2,000 infra do not have to pass this test before being granted citizenship.
